Today Whittlesea Interfaith Network had an amazing experience visiting The Great Stupa of Universal Compassion near Bendigo, which is a Buddhist monument modelled on the Great stupa of Gyantse in Tibet. It is home to multiple spiritual and regions groups.
The Great Stupa of Universal Compassion, being built near Bendigo Australia, is 50 metres square at its base and nearly 50 metres high. This makes it the largest stupa in the Western World.
The network had an awesome day, and remember your mental, physical & spiritual health are important.
Special Thanks & gratitude to Ansam Sadik from #VicPolice for driving the network to and back from Great Stupa and making our journey so comfortable and entertaining
The group also had vegan lunch, which they really enjoyed.
